Marshawn Lynch arrested for DUI over the weekend, per report

MercuryNews.com explains that Lynch 'was arrested by the California Highway Patrol in Oakland, according to Alameda County Sheriff's spokesman Sgt. Raymond Kelly. He was taken to Santa Rita Jail, where he was cited and released.'
Lynch was also suspended for the first three games of the 2009 season for violating the league's personal conduct policy, related to a misdemeanor gun charge in L.A.
Because he's now a multiple offender, there's a greater chance this could lead to a suspension going forward. Let's hope not.
