Both Ben Harbaugh and I were in attendance at Seahawks' Training Camp on the sunny shores of Lake Washington today and will follow up soon with some notes and thoughts from the first day of action, but in the meantime, I wanted to point you in the direction of some good stuff to listen to this fine Saturday evening.
