Pete Carroll said today that the Seahawks will stick with the same plan this week that they had vs. the Titans: Flynn will start and play the first half, Wilson will get the 2nd half. Tarvaris Jackson and Josh Portis are 'available' to play. Also, Doug Baldwin, Ricardo Lockette and Barrett Ruud practiced again today.
