Danny O'Neil has posted the list of Seahawks that will not play tonight, a list of 14 names that still includes two starting wide receivers:

Not expected to play: QB Tarvaris Jackson, WR Sidney Rice, FB Michael Robinson, CB Walter Thurmond, CB Ron Parker, DE Cordarro Law, LB Mike Morgan, LB Matt McCoy, LB Malcolm Smith, T John Moffitt, G James Carpenter, TE Zach Miller, WR Ben Obomanu, WR Doug Baldwin.

Baldwin tweeted earlier that he wasn't sure if Pete Carroll would allow him to play tonight and it looks like the answer is, "No, Fresh. If anything you could think that this cab was where, but you're going to sit on the sidelines with James Carpenter." (It rhymes if you say it like James "Carpent-AIR." What? Lil Wayne is the only rapper allowed to take liberties with rhyming words?)

Tarvaris is going to have to watch his fate play out on the sidelines again and Moffitt takes another week off. It would be nice to see Matt Flynn get to play with the expected starters, but let's just cross our fingers that they're all ready by week one because this list could include up to five starters on offense. Yikes.
