Seahawks might be facing fine/discipline for letting T.O. practice too early in full pads

This would be their 2nd offense of the season. New CBA states that players have a 3 day acclimation period before they are allowed to practice in full pads. Terrell Owens was practicing in full pads on day 2 w/ the Seahawks. Pete Carroll could be fined $250k as well for 2nd offense.
