I saw this angle on the news last night, and I ripped apart the internet looking for it. Finally, Q13's tweeted it out this morning.

This view shows that Tate definitely had more than one hand on the ball, and in fact, it looks like Jennings was trying to wrestle the ball from Tate's grasp far more than the other way around.
