Found this video of Jesse Williams working out with Animal Barbell Club, in Philadelphia. It appears to be one workout in which Jesse Williams Squats, Carries, and Lifts 5300lbs (by my count cumulative) in preparation for OTA workouts. Seeing this made me giddy I must admit. Remember Jesse Williams "Tha Monstar" is the first Australian drafted in the NFL. He can also reportedly bench 600pds+.
