Free agency fallout: Key moves that will impact 2013 NFL Draft - NFL.com
There's nothing quite like the madness that takes place in the first few days of free agency. It seems like every time I click refresh on my phone, three more players find new homes! After taking a step back and studying all of these moves with the 2013 NFL Draft in mind, I've come up with 10 key takeaways that will impact next month's big event:

Pro-Day Workouts: Week of March 11th
Continue to hear a buzz being built around receiver Denard Robinson, especially after his performance today. Though he just participated in drills (WR/RS/RB) scouts were impressed with his consistency and the fact he dropped no passes. Looks like Robinson has secured a spot for himself in the draft’s second day.

Oregon State Pro Day: Jordan Poyer, Markus Wheaton look good - CBSSports
With 25 NFL representatives in attendance, Oregon State's top two prospects -- cornerback Jordan Poyer and wide receiver Markus Wheaton -- decided to mostly stand on their numbers from the combine last month. However, they did look impressive during positional drills at the Beavers' Pro Day on Friday, and little-known cornerback Brian Watkins wowed everyone with his speed.

San Jose State Pro Day: TE Ryan Otten draws a crowd - CBSSports
With several current and former NFL players in attendance, San Jose State held their on-campus Pro Day on Friday. Tight end Ryan Otten, who was unable to participate at the combine due to an illness, was the main attraction as he was able to work out for the 23 NFL teams in attendance.

2013 NFL Free Agency -- The six million dollar men - ESPN
The pace of free agency has been faster than ever. More than 70 players moved to new teams in the first four days. The Indianapolis Colts have signed seven free agents, and six could become starters. The Philadelphia Eagles may not be building Dream Team 2.0, but they have added nine players to coach Chip Kelly's new roster. As expected, the Miami Dolphins have been the most aggressive team. Here are the five things we have learned since the opening of free agency.

Around this time of the year, the Berlin streets are slippery and snowy, with the weather at a bone chilling 32 degrees Fahrenheit. In the past, Bjoern Werner would’ve likely been inside his house, sitting next to a fancy fireplace and drinking hot chocolate to keep warm. Now he’s working hard outdoors for NFL teams in the Florida sunshine, running through endless drills for scouts in private workouts as he continues his route to American football’s biggest stage.

NFP Friday Buzz | National Football Post
*It had been reported that Percy Harvin’s griping about Christian Ponder was a major factor in the Vikings’ decision to ship him off to Seattle. But we heard that was a non factor in the deal. The bigger issues were Harvin’s contract demands and the fact that the Vikings never knew when Harvin was going to be unavailable to practice or play. * Some of Harvin’s teammates thought Vikings coaches may have put too much emphasis on making him the centerpiece of the game plan. So many Vikings players, who actually like and respect Percy, are confident they will be fine without him. The Vikings were 5-2 without Harvin last year.

I've never made a truly difficult decision in my life. I knew I wanted to go to Pomona College from the moment I read about it. I knew I wanted to stay in LA afterwards and work in politics. Moving back to Boston a few years later to get into sports radio was fairly easy as well – I knew I wanted to love my job and that was the job I knew I would love.
