Alex Gibbs is the Godfather of the modern zone-blocking scheme, was Seahawks' assistant head coach and offensive line coach Tom Cable's mentor, and much of what Seattle does on offense was developed by Gibbs. In fact, Pete Carroll brought Gibbs here his first season but ultimately Gibbs left before the season started. Regardless of that, it's Gibbs' system, with tweaks.

With all that in mind, watch this presentation by Gibbs to learn a lot.
It's kind of long. Maybe break it up into half-hour segments.
