A lot of Seahawks fans have been inquiring about potential Seahawks selections at 56 overall, so I wanted to put a quick list together with some analysis.

Teams draft good players in the first round more often than any other round. But that is the way it's always been. How much has all the pre-draft news improved a teams chances of finding a stud?

Following up yesterday's rumor that the Seahawks are very high on Colorado TE Nick Kasa, Tony Pauline adds today that Seattle has made recent contact with and are very interested in Rutgers WR Mark Harrison.

Regrettably, I was not as successful in 2013 tracking the Seahawks Pre-Draft VMAC visits as in the past.

One name that came up recently with a rumored Seattle connection is a player that I do find pretty interesting, TE Nick Kasa of Colorado.
