Mark Brunell
Editor's Note: This should work for both parties. I doubt Seattle gives up more than a 5th round pick, but it could always be the nebulous "future considerations". Brunell is old, slow and has no arm, but is still accurate on short passes and possess the sort of timing Holmgren's offense requires. What does this mean for Seneca Wallace? I would guess the occasional look as a trick play specialist, but he's not automatically unseated as the Hawk's primary backup--it's just no longer assumed.
I grossly overestimated David Greene's ability. Best of luck wherever he ends up.
Update: Rotoworld is reporting that no trade is currently underway. Still, with Greene not appearing and Devine only handing-off, I would expect this or a similar trade to be in the works.
