WWE finally buys the Mid South Wrestling tape library

According to Dave Meltzer, WWE has finally been able to purchase the UWF / Mid South tape library, believed to be the largest collection of North American wrestling footage that they didn't own, after a very long drawn out period of negotiations. I doubt WWE will stop until they own everything and Vince McMahon controls the whole of North American wrestling history.

The answer usually is to send them a cease and desist letter to force them to shut up. Which is the case with the recent bad blood between ROH and their ex booker Gabe Sapolsky.

WWE to open developmental finishing school in Stamford, CT

Uncertainty has abounded over the future of WWE's developmental system, ever since rumours were prematurely leaked that WWE planned to shut down Florida Championship Wrestling and replace it with something better. Dave Meltzer has revealed that the top FCW talent who are almost ready for the main roster would be relocated to Stamford soon to work hands on with Terry Taylor to prepare them for their WWE television debuts.

WWE's FCW conundrum: How do you pull out without making Triple H look like a liar?

According to Dave Meltzer, Bright House Sports, which was originally told that the FCW television tapings on March 15th would be the promotion's last ones ever before closure, have been contacted by WWE again to be told that they've changed their minds on that decision. However, WWE told Bright House that they only wanted back on their television station temporarily, but didn't tell them how long for.

Has WWE rehired Fit Finlay and Terry Taylor for management positions?

It seems like everyone is coming out of the woodwork for WrestleMania 28. Not only have Batista and Brock Lesnar turned up in Miami for WWE, but Fit Finlay and Terry Taylor are in town too, likely for much more than just a social visit and catching up with old friends. Dave Meltzer is reporting that both those men have been rehired by WWE for management positions and started work over WrestleMania weekend.

TNA executive Bruce Prichard suffers two heart attacks

According to his sarcastic friend John "Bradshaw" Layfield on facebook, TNA executive Bruce Prichard recently had a health scare and suffered two heart attacks in the process. Dave Meltzer of f4wonline.com clarified that he was hospitalised with a heart issue over a week ago, which led to the operation to have two stents put in his heart and at some point in the process he suffered the heart attacks.
