No Suspension For Brayton

From espn.com

Tyler Brayton of the Oakland Raiders and Jerramy Stevens of the Seattle Seahawks both will be fined by the National Football League with Brayton receiving the stiffer monetary penalty, league sources tell ESPN's Chris Mortensen.

Brayton will not be suspended by commissioner Roger Goodell, but is expected to get a warning that any similar action could result in a suspension. Brayton was ejected from Monday night's game because he kneed Stevens in the groin.

The amount of the fine for Brayton is unknown, but one source said it could cost the Oakland defensive lineman a game check -- $37,058.82 of his $630,000 salary.

Stevens will be fined a lesser amount for his role in provoking Brayton.
