Jones', Strong's Seasons Theaten To Continue After Frighteningly Inconsequential Injuries

According to the P-I, Walter Jones banged an ankle in last night's game, causing the All-Star tackle to sit out a whole play.

Additionally, fullback Mack Strong only twisted his ankle. He did not suffer a high ankle sprain as initially feared. Strong may be back in practice on Wednesday, though I wouldn't mind if he rested a bit.

Next stop: Glendale, Arizona, for a game with the new old-looking Cardinals. They may only be 3-9, but they play in the largest Pez dispenser in the NFL (select "stadium," then "3D animation").
