Quick hits this morning. I have no idea when my cable modem will start its monthly protest of working conditions (I've been verbally assaulting it since 8:30 last night), so let's recap what we can:
- The P-I recaps Wednesday's practice, in which Bobby Engram shined, and special teams coach Bob Casullo made one of the most spectacular, over-the-head catches in Cheney history while fielding a punt. Casullo did not return the punt, which means he's already gained more return yards than Josh Scobey. Ba-BING!
You can watch Casullo's catch here with Tony Ventrella.
- MSNBC.com names their preseason all-pro picks. Walter Jones and Julian Peterson are on it. So is Steve Hutchinson.
- Finally, if anybody wondered what happened to the broad stripes that used to be on the referees' uniforms before this season, we found 'em. They're on the Seahawks' new sideline hats.
