- Shaun Alexander sat out today's practice with the mysterious foot problem. He will most likely be listed as probable for the Giants game.

Sando reveals the tight ends that were listed as invitees to try out for the rapidly depleting backup position for the Seahawks. They included Calen Powell, Stephen Spach, Marcellus Rivers and Boo Williams.
I know we mentioned Williams as a potential backup signee in the preseason. Powell has been with the Seahawks before, and was just cut by the Redskins at season's start.
