f the suspensions are upheld, Seattle would have to lean on veteran Marcus Trufant to replace Sherman at left cornerback, and Walter Thurmond to replace Browner at right cornerback. What he is going to do is provide excellent run blocking qualities with the ability to make key, consistent catches.

"It just looked wrong," Seattle coach Pete Carroll said. The penalty nullified the interception, giving the Dolphins a first down at the Seattle 3. Miami scored on the next play, allowing the Dolphins to tie the game 14-14 thanks largely to the penalty. "A very big call to make when the guy wasn't intending to hit the quarterback or anything like that," Carroll said.

Sherman, Browner will play until appeals are resolved | ProFootballTalk
As reported during Football Night in America, appeals will be filed and the suspensions won’t be active until the appeals are resolved. There’s currently no date for a hearing and no timetable for a resolution. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports that both players are accused of taking Adderall. And because the league and the team technically can say nothing about the subject, the players or their agents can say anything.
