Seahawks bringing in Frank Omiyale for a chat tomorrow... Because when you think offensive lines, you think the 2011 Bears.

Former Bears tackle Frank Omiyale, who was released by Chicago last week to free up almost $3 million in cap space, as you an see above, will be visiting the Seahawks today. Omiyale was in Atlanta with the Falcons at the same time as Tom Cable so it stands to reason that's the main connection. Omiyale will turn 30 this season so I can only assume they're taking a look as a depth/mentor type role. He's a former fifth round pick out of Tennessee Tech and signed a four-year, $14 million contract with the Bears in 2009. He started 16 games for the Bears in 2010 and just three in 2011. He earned the dubious nickname "Gate 68" by Bears fans. So,... we'll see.
