The Seahawks released their final injury report of the week and have officially listed Golden Tate, Greg Scruggs, and James Carpenter as "out". Marshawn Lynch practiced lightly again on Friday and is listed as "questionable," and his status is dependent upon how his back responds tomorrow and into Sunday. "He made it through all of the work," Seahawks' head coach Pete Carroll said. "He looked good, but it's still day to day. We've got to see how he responds tomorrow so it takes us all the way to game time to make sure everything is all right."
The "questionable" designation generally means about a 50-50 shot of playing, so the team is hoping Lynch's back doesn't tighten up later today, tomorrow or into Sunday. Golden Tate is a no-go, which means Braylon Edwards will start at flanker, and unfortunately, Greg Scruggs will be held out this week while he deals with a hamstring injury. The good news, of course, is that Kam Chancellor, Zach Miller, Doug Baldwin, Jason Jones, and Sidney Rice did not appear on the injury reports this week after all missed time in the preseason or were played sparingly.
On the Cardinals' side, Beanie Wells was unexpectedly added to the injury report with a knee/hamstring issue. He's listed as questionable, but according to Kent Somers, the team said he'll play.
Both teams' injury reports, after the jump.
