Here's a short & sweet interview with Pete Carroll by John Clayton from this weekend at the Combine. They hit on a lot of subjects - free agency, the upcoming Draft, their philosophy in Drafting, the long-term focus of the front office in keeping this nucleus together, Matt Flynn, and of course the needs in the pass rush. Carroll doesn't really beat around the bush, saying "The pass rush hasn't really caught up with the rest of us" and noting that it's going to be a major focus for the Hawks, in the Draft. "We gotta find a guy in the Draft - a guy that can help us, a young guy - but we'd really like to find that guy in the Draft."
