NFL Free agency signings, cuts, & rumors tracker

I've put together a list of all the major moves in NFL free agency for the 2013 season thus far. It's an extensive but not exhaustive list, because holy crap there have been a lot of moves. Hit me up below if I've missed anything.

The NFC West, thus far, has been relatively quiet, outside of the Percy Harvin move, but things could heat up today and tomorrow as the 'secondary' market for free agents kicks in. Most notable of course, is that the Seahawks have lost Jason Jones to the Lions - as he signed a three-year deal this morning.

Still a lot of talented players out there, and I don't think the Seahawks, nor the Niners, Rams, or Cardinals, are quite done.

UPDATES:

-- Wes Welker signs with the Broncos. Wow.

-- RB Shonn Greene and a DT I would have liked the Seahawks go after, Sammie Lee Hill, signed with the Titans. The Titans spent a lot of money today.

-- The Niners signed DT Glen Dorsey, formerly of the Chiefs. Good pickup, in my opinion. He'll play multiple spots on their line, spelling Justin Smith and Ray McDonald, and will likely come in on passing downs and nickel situations.

-- The Buccaneers have signed former 49ers All-Pro safety, Dashon Goldson. This is a big hit to the Niners' defense.

-- Former Texans' S Glover Quin has signed with the Lions (note: now Adam Schefter is saying this may not be final).

-- Former Steelers RB and first-round pick Rashard Mendenhall signed with the Cardinals.

-- CBs Coye Francies and Phillip Adams both re-signed with the Raiders on Tuesday. Both players were with the Seahawks in training camp last season, then released at final cuts.

-- The Bears have no released another TE in Matt Spaeth. The 6'7, 260 pound veteran isn't known much for his pass-catching ability, but is a very strong blocker, so don't be surprised to see Tom Cable the Seahawks kick the tires on the 29-year old.

-- Seahawks free agent DT Jason Jones has signed a three-year deal with the Lions. This is a bit of a bummer for Seattle because Jones really added a nice pass rush element to their nickel packages, but I would imagine Seattle balked at offering him a three-year deal with evidently major concerns over his knee injury.

-- The Rams made a nice pickup in TE Jared Cook on Tuesday, adding the young and explosive pass-catching threat to their offense. Not cool.

-- The Lions and Reggie Bush have reportedly reached an agreement on a four-year deal. The Lions are signing everyone, but the important thing here is that Reggie Bush is not going to the Cardinals - one of his rumored destinations.

-- Former Seahawks LB Will Herring was released by the Saints. Not sure they'd have any interest in re-signing him at this point, but Herring was a solid special teams player and nickel package contributor.

-- Former Seahawks K Josh Brown signed a deal with the Giants.

-- Former Niners' DT Isaac Sopoaga signed with the Eagles. Good move by them.

-- Raiders WR Darrius Heyward-Bey was released last night so while the Seahawks do seem set at wide receiver, he makes a pretty prototypical X-WR deep threat on the outside. Will be worth watching to see if the Seahawks show any interest. Likewise, The Bears released 6'7, 265 lb TE Kellen Davis, and while he struggled with drops this season, is a freak of nature athletically and is still young at only 27. Might be worth a look as TE depth for a number of teams.
