The Seahawks have signed CB Trey Wolfe and waived/injured Dion Bailey.
Bailey will hit the waiver wire and if no teams claim him, he'll likely head to the injured reserve after suffering a pretty bad ankle sprain in Saturday's mock game.
Wolfe was here in Seattle earlier this summer for the Seahawks rookie mini camp and got some nice reviews
Wolfe, the subject of a cool feature here at SBNation at around Draft time, hails from Fort Valley State where he was a Little All-American Second Team corner with eight picks in nine games.
Bailey, out of USC, was also receiving some nice reviews in camp but the Seahawks evidently felt they could not spare a roster spot for him until late August, when they will be forced to cut the roster to 75 players. The team could've waited until then to place him on the IR, but instead now face the risk of losing him. We'll see if someone claims him on the wire.
