Brace Hemmelgarn-USA TODAY Sports

The Seattle Seahawks are heavy favorites this weekend over the Baltimore Ravens, the franchise that had its wings clipped this year over ... and over ... and over again. The Ravens have lost almost all of their best players to injury, including Joe Flacco, Justin Forsett, Steve Smith, Dennis Pitta, and Terrell Suggs. And all of those injuries just piled onto the fact that they parted ways with players like Haloti Ngata and Torrey Smith. While much is made about the San Francisco 49ers team being dismantled from the one that made the Super Bowl three years ago, the truth is that Baltimore is pretty much just as different.

One team that has managed to keep many of it's notable players around from the last few years is the Seahawks, and joining Danny to talk about them is Steve Sandmeyer, formerly of The Steve Sandmeyer Show on CBS' 1090 The Fan and both 710 ESPN Seattle and Sports Radio KJR. He's the current host of the Sandmeyer and Churchill Podcast so make sure to go give that a listen after you tune in here.

In the first segment, Danny and Kenneth talk about Thomas Rawls as MVP, special teams, and why Seattle should have no excuse for not beating a beaten up Baltimore team on Sunday.
