Seahawks pillage Vikings 38-7: Instant reaction podcast

Brace Hemmelgarn-USA TODAY Sports

The Seattle Seahawks were near even money going into Sunday's game in Minnesota, but they ended up robbing them blind. Not in the sense that they stole the game, but like, they took all of the money. Look, the metaphor works, okay?

The Seahawks beat the Vikings 38-7 and Russell Wilson scored four more touchdowns, bringing his season total to 22 with four games left to go. It's not exactly Drew Brees type totals, but his 106.2 passer rating for the year probably puts him at least on the outskirts of the MVP conversation.

Today on Real in the Field Gulls we discuss that very thing, Thomas Rawls' place in the Offensive Rookie of the Year race, the defense getting back to their old selves, and much more. Subscribe on iTunes and give RitFG a five star rating. We'll be back on Thursday with a brand new show to preview the Baltimore Ravens.

EDIT: We're having trouble today getting the video to allow us to download the audio for the podcast, so Kenneth attempted to record a SECOND Instant Reaction podcast, this time with Mina Kimes of ESPN the Mag. This was because I didn't want to leave our podcast listeners hanging. I want to deliver something. But unfortunately, the problem has persisted. Still, here is the second Instant Reaction show. We will get these on iTunes as soon as possible. If you work for YouTube, then I guess, help us?
