Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll talked to Pat Kirwin and Jim Miller on SIRIUS Radio from the owners meetings, and specifically discussed the recently changed rules on chop blocks. Carroll talks about an idea he had of adding a remote official that can watch the interior defensive line, which would police holding by defensive players in that area (right now there's no referee or official right there).
