Seahawks free agency tracker 2016: Tracking news and rumors about Seattle's free agents and targets

You're going to see a ton of NFL free agency rumors over the next two days as the legal tampering period goes on, and we'll be here to track those that relate to the Seahawks. Seattle has a handful of free agents that they'd like to re-sign, and they'll likely be involved with several outside free agent negotiations as well.

A few notes:

-- Teams can't sign free agents until Wednesday at 1:00 pm PT.

-- Many of these rumors are either team- or agent-generated, so take them with a giant grain of salt.

-- People make up rumors just for fun! So, there's that. Rumors are interesting. But they're also dumb.

-- The Seahawks will likely be involved with a lot of rumors but end up doing very little.
