Seahawks working out in Los Angeles (VIDEO)

GET JACKED AND PUMPED!

Looks like the Seahawks are down in Los Angeles this week doing a little offseason training. As you can see in the video below, Russell Wilson and Doug Baldwin (and others) are working out at USC, doing some redzone routes.

Jared Stanger dropped a few notes about the players taking part in the unofficial "player camp" down in LA this week, and here's the roll call he's been able to glean from twitter and from sources.

Sources say Russ, Kearse, Doug, Kasen, Lockett also present and accounted for. I'm assuming PRich.

That's Wilson, Baldwin, Kasen Williams, Tyler Lockett, and (most likely) Paul Richardson, at least (this was from last week). We also got a teaser from J'Marcus Webb that the Seahawks offensive line was down there too, which Stanger later confirmed.

Confirmed: OL is also in L.A.

Anyway -- standard offseason stuff, but still always fun to see players working out together, hopefully developing some chemistry and better understanding of the offense.
