with the Seattle Seahawks this evening
The Seattle Seahawks have added former Saints, Clemson and First Coast High DE Tavares Barnes, per league source.

Williams is a former UDFA out of Oregon (2013 Draft), and has spent time with the Panthers and Dolphins previously. Barnes spent time with the Saints last year.
Both are athletic prospects.
TE Brandon Williams is 6'3"/248, 4.56s, 26 bench, 36" vert, 10'08" broad, 4.53ss, 7.25 cone. So he's pretty SPARQ'D.

DE Tavaris Barnes is 6'4"/282, 4.80s, 1.67 split, 22 bench, 31" vert, 9'02" broad, 4.65 ss, 7.50 cone. Clemson.

Here's Barnes' highlight reel from college.
For now, we'll consider these draft hedge, back-of-roster types that will compete for a spot on the team come training camp and preseason. Something to watch.
