The Seahawks and Vikings are tied 0-0 headed into the second quarter as I write this. But that doesn’t mean that the first quarter didn’t have some good moments on offense for the Seahawks, like this dime from Russell Wilson to Tyler Lockett:
2 defenders closing in?

It really doesn't matter for @DangeRussWilson & @TDLockett12. #MINvsSEA https://t.co/yvxMH6io1z
The thought of Wilson getting a full season with Lockett as a starter and the potential return of Paul Richardson (plus the rest, plus a maybe-competent offensive line) has me like, “yum yum yum” much like this hawk to water.
Hot Seattle nights: Gotta stay hydrated. #MINvsSEA https://t.co/zBn9QYrR5G

Wilson is 4-of-5 for 61 yards in the first quarter but was sacked twice. I’m sure he’s done for the night, leading way to Trevone Boykin. Hopefully though with the competition at backup QB and for the last one or two receiver spots, we see a few more plays like that one. Or at least a few more cute animals eating food and drinking water. Go Hawks.
