The Seattle Seahawks beat the Dallas Cowboys last night 27-17 in CenturyLink Field. Much had to do with the play of Russell Wilson who looked excellent completing 16 of his 21 passes for 192 yards and two touchdowns.
In this video breakdown, I took a closer look at Russell Wilson’s first touchdown pass to Paul Richardson and explained how Darrell Bevell and the Seahawks used “play-action crosses” to score.
This is realistically the last we’ll see of Russell Wilson for the preseason, but he looks ready to continue on his dominant campaign from last season. If you haven’t already, check out my film breakdown of his touchdown passes in the 2015 season, as you will see many of those concepts in the upcoming season when the Seahawks face the Miami Dolphins at home.
