Super Bowl 51 teams, date, time, odds, location for Falcons-Patriots 2017

NFL: NFC Championship-Green Bay Packers at Atlanta Falcons Brett Davis-USA TODAY Sports

In a little under two weeks, the 51st Super Bowl will be in the books. If it’s anything like the last few, it should be pretty good. If it’s anything like most of these playoff games, it will be really bad.

The Atlanta Falcons and New England Patriots both lost to the Seattle Seahawks this season, but both were also better than the Seahawks this season. You could argue that the Dallas Cowboys were better than the Falcons, and you might be right, but this is as close to “Best team from AFC” and “Best team from NFC” as you usually can get. Especially when the New York Giants were in the playoffs.

Do what you like, but I’m pulling for Dan Quinn to bring Atlanta their first Super Bowl trophy ever.
