If you’re frustrated by the frequent drive-killing presence of running back Eddie Lacy in the Seattle Seahawks offense, for at least one week you will not have to worry about that in their game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Lacy has been listed as inactive, which saves the Seahawks $62,500 in per-game active roster bonus money. I believe that John P. Gilbert called this, and it’s the second time that Lacy has been a gameday inactive.
On the injury front, both Nazair Jones and Dion Jordan are unable to go, so Seattle’s defensive line depth is a bit stretched for the second week in a row. The most notable injury-related scratch is actually on the Jaguars side, as linebacker Telvin Smith is OUT with a concussion.
The full gameday inactives are as follows:
Seattle Seahawks: Kam Chancellor, Nazair Jones, Dion Jordan, Joey Hunt, Oday Aboushi, Eddie Lacy, David Moore
Jacksonville Jaguars: Jalen Myrick, Telvin Smith, Eli Ankou, Chris Reed, Josh Walker, William Poehls, Allen Hurns
