Many were angry with Michael Bennett and Sheldon Richardson’s actions late in the Seattle Seahawks loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. People flooded Twitter timelines — both on the Seahawks side and the Jaguars side — to call Bennett classless for going low on Jacksonville center Brandon Linder and Richardson for throwing a punch. Moments later, Quinton Jefferson was ejected and then tried to go into the stands after fans threw objects at him.
Many were saying that at least Bennett and Richardson should be suspended for next week’s game against the LA Rams. Those people were disappointed to find out on Monday that no Seahawks will be suspended this week for actions in the Jags game.
The late-game actions of the #Seahawks and #Jaguars players are being reviewed for possible discipline, source says. No suspensions, though.

The NFL is also investigating if the Jaguars facilities had proper security to protect Jefferson and other players from being assaulted with items.
Per the @NFL, the #Jaguars may not have had enough security against the #Seahawks to avoid players being hit. They are looking into it.
