The Seattle Seahawks released their practice injury report for Thursday as they prepare for a must-win game against the Arizona Cardinals, and it was longer than Seattle fans may have hoped.

While Jarran Reed went back to being a full participant in practice, Shaquill Griffin and Luke Willson both appeared on the report as being limited on Thursday. Griffin’s injury was listed as a hamstring, while Willson’s issue is his ankle.

Earl Thomas was a DNP (knee), while D.J. Alexander also showed up as a DNP after being listed as limited on Wednesday.

We’ll update these injuries some more after the Seahawks give some clarity to the reports.

Beyond the obvious, that Seattle wants to have Thomas, Bobby Wagner, Michael Bennett, Jimmy Graham, and Luke Joeckel at their disposal in the critical game this Sunday, which I believe is expected in all cases, Griffin would be a significant loss. He’s played excellently for a rookie and as a guy who had to be the Seahawks’ most important corner after Richard Sherman tore his Achilles.

On the bright side, we don’t know how precautionary most of these decisions are. Nazair Jones is the only player I know of that is likely to be ruled out. Getting Dion Jordan and DeShawn Shead back recently has been helpful, and Reed seemed the biggest concern as of Wednesday and he was a full participant on Thursday.

Joeckel plans to play on Sunday as well.
