Marshawn Lynch is back, and he’s back in black.
The former Seattle Seahawks running back is believed to have reached a contract agreement with the Oakland Raiders, and the two teams have worked out a trade in which they will swap a fifth rounder for a sixth rounder in 2018. Lynch himself took to Twitter (as he is wont to do) to confirm that it is time for him to return to the NFL and to play for his childhood team.

The only thing between Lynch and a return was a physical, which he passed before noon on Wednesday.

The Pro Bowl running back has not played since 2015, and that year he was quite ineffective while missing nine games, and a tenth if you include the division win over the Minnesota Vikings. However, Lynch did not seem very motivated to play for the Seahawks that season. He seems motivated again.
