The first round of the 2017 NFL Draft will take place at 5 PM PST Thursday in Philadelphia, PA. There should be some interesting rumors, and potentially big news, that happens between Thursday morning and the Browns (or will it be the Browns?) pick at number one. We’ll keep a running tally, as well as anything that is revealed about the Seattle Seahawks, between now and then.

Mountain = Denver = Chidobe Awuzie or Ahkello Witherspoon?
Mitch Trubisky going number one?
Almost 230am and just got a call from a team in the top 10 that thinks Trubisky goes No. 1

The idea of Cleveland taking anyone but Myles Garrett at number one seems insane, but this rumor keeps gaining traction. It’s possible that the Browns would be trading down. It’s possible that the Browns are trading up from 12 to 2. I mean, at this point, anything is possible. It just seems like the worst case scenario for the NFC West if Garrett slips to the 49ers at pick number two.
Titans “50/50” to make a move?
Tennessee picks at 5 and 18 and GM Jon Robinson told The Tennessean that there’s a “50/50” chance they make a move and that the QB market could be what drives it. That sounds like a team moving up to 18 for a QB, which could be good for the Seahawks.
Jaguars taking Deshaun Watson at 4?
News gaining steam that not only could Trubisky go one, but Watson could go fourth to the Jaguars. Suddenly a draft without a consensus top-five quarterback could have two?
Gareon Conley slipping to round three?
Ian Rapoport says that some of the teams he’s spoken to believe Ohio State cornerback Gareon Conley could be a third round pick now following a rape accusation against him.
After doing in-depth investigating into #OSU CB Gareon Conley’s situation, teams do believe he’ll be drafted now. 3 GMs predict third round.

Conley was considered a sure-fire first round pick and potentially a top-15 guy but just this week, a report came out that he’s being accused of a sexual assault that occurred on April 9. Conley and two witnesses deny the allegations and state that nothing happened, though his own statement admits he made a poor judgment call that night.
From a physical standpoint, Conley could be a nice fit for Seattle. He has the 33” arms, 37” vertical, 10’9 broad jump, and 6.68 three-cone drill. He also ran a 4.44, though he seems a bit light at 195 lbs. Conley was a full-time starter at Ohio State for the last two years, recording six interceptions and he could potentially help on the outside or in the slot. The Seahawks did an investigation into Frank Clark’s past, I think it’d be safe to assume they’re a team that has picked up some phones in this matter as well. The matter seems similar to that of La’El Collins two years ago, and that situation almost immediately went away after the draft — after Collins slipped from being a potential first round pick to undrafted. If Conley is guilty though, even if he’s just lying and more happened that night than anyone admitted, it would be a bad situation for the team that drafted him.
The Broncos may be one team looking to actually trade up
Plenty of teams want to move back; here's one trying to move up. Broncos exploring options of moving up in draft, per sources.

Denver has pick 20 and is one of the teams ahead of the Seahawks thought to want a premier offensive lineman. They could move up for a tackle or guard or they could go in an entirely new direction.
