NFL Draft 2017: Seahawks trade down in first round with Falcons

After extensive speculation over such a long period of time, the Seattle Seahawks have done what most pundits and fans alike expected they would do - trade down, with the Atlanta Falcons

This move was quite predictable, as John Schneider and Pete Carroll love to stockpile picks throughout the draft. Going into the draft without a 4th or 5th round picks doesn’t fit the front office’s modus operandi at all. Getting an extra 3rd rounder and 7th rounder by dropping seven spots with so many great players still on the board is a great move.
