Kickoff between the Seattle Seahawks and Minnesota Vikings is less than an hour away. We do have a list of players who are not expected to see any playing time tonight, and there are several key men on offense who are set to this one out.
Via Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times:
Seahawks NOT expected to play tonight: Richardson, Lockett, Rawls, Tyson, Wright, Wilhoite, Alexander, Willson. ...

... as well as the guys already out such as McDowell, Jordan, etc.

...And as I was writing this up, Sheil Kapedia also added C.J. Prosise to this list. That opens the door for more carries for Chris Carson, Alex Collins, and Mike Davis, but I really just want to see more from Carson.
No Lockett, no Richardson, but we should be seeing the season debuts for both Doug Baldwin and rookie Amara Darboh, which I’m very much looking forward to.
We pretty much knew that KJ Wright was going to be out, as he’s getting his knee looked at and was out-of-town before the Seahawks’ first practice of the week. Michael Wilhoite apparently is dinged up, as he didn’t practice on Wednesday.
A lack of Luke Willson provides backup tight-end Nick Vannett an opportunity to do literally anything positive, because he’s been relatively anonymous since he was drafted in the third-round last year.
Vikings at Seahawks starts at 7 PM PT at CenturyLink Field. You can catch the game on Q13 FOX or on NFL Network. Be sure to check your local listings if you live outside the Seattle area.
