Remember the old game show Press Your Luck? You wanted no whammies or else you lose all of the money and prizes you’ve collected during play. Tonight, I want “no injuries” for this dress rehearsal preseason game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Seattle Seahawks. We’ll be seeing starters in action well into the third quarter, and I imagine the CenturyLink Field crowd will make this feel like it is a real game, even though it obviously is not.
Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times has the list of Seahawks we won’t be seeing in action tonight:
No surprises on list of Seahawks not expected to play tonight but here it is: Lockett, Elliott, Prosise, Rawls, Shead, Tyson, Hunt ...

... Wilhoite, Alexander, Fant, McDowell and Jordan.

Did you know? The Chiefs and Bengals are the only two teams the Seahawks have failed to beat in the Pete Carroll era. Kansas City plays at Seattle in the 2018 regular season, while Cincinnati does the same in 2019.
Discuss the game here.
