Seahawks depth chart following 53-man cutdown

NFL: Kansas City Chiefs at Seattle Seahawks Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

The Seattle Seahawks cutdown their roster to 53 players on Saturday, though a couple more moves could be coming in the next day or two. Here is the depth chart that they have listed at Seahawks.com as of now.

Updates will be made as necessary

Offense

QB - Russell Wilson

Backup QB - Austin Davis

RB - Thomas Rawls

Backup RBs - Eddie Lacy, C.J. Prosise, Chris Carson

Rawls listed as starter over Lacy, Carson still listed as number four.

FB - Tre Madden

Could see Madden moved off the roster early, especially with a bad performance — Marcel Reece will be waiting for a phone call.

WR1 - Doug Baldwin

WR2 - Paul Richardson

WR - Tyler Lockett, Tanner McEvoy, Amara Darboh

Richardson listed as a starting receiver over Lockett and McEvoy listed as the first backup to Baldwin, but overall this probably means little.

TE1 - Jimmy Graham

Backup TE - Luke Willson, Nick Vannett

LT - Rees Odhiambo

LG - Luke Joeckel

C - Justin Britt

RG - Mark Glowinski

RT - Germain Ifedi

Glowinski listed as starter over Aboushi.

Backup LT - Matt Tobin

Backup LG - Jordan Roos

Backup C - Ethan Pocic

Backup RG - Oday Aboushi

Backup RT - Pocic, Isaiah Battle

Battle is apparently just the third right tackle for now, could expect to see him moved soon after the team has taken a closer look at him following the trade to acquire him.

Defense

DE1 - Michael Bennett

DE1 - Cliff Avril

Backup DE - Frank Clark, David Bass

DT1 - Sheldon Richardson

DT1 - Jarran Reed

Backup DT - Nazair Jones

Sure seems thin at defensive tackle. Think there has to be a move here early.

OLB1 - K.J. Wright

ILB1 - Bobby Wagner

OLB2 - Terence Garvin

Backup OLB - Marcus Smith, Dewey McDonald, Michael Wilhoite, D.J. Alexander

Backup ILB - Wilhoite

Garvin listed as the other starting linebacker with Wright and Wagner, not Wilhoite or Smith. I would not be surprised to see a lot of Smith this season, or to not see much of a third linebacker at all.

CB1 - Richard Sherman

CB2 - Jeremy Lane

Backup CB - Neiko Thorpe, Shaquill Griffin, Justin Coleman

No idea how this will relate to three-corner sets, Thorpe is currently listed behind Sherman and Griffin is behind Lane, but on nickel packages, I expect Griffin to be on the field.

FS1 - Earl Thomas

SS1 - Kam Chancellor

Backup FS - Bradley McDougald

Backup SS - Delano Hill, Tedric Thompson

Thompson only listed as the number three strong safety, not as a direct backup to Thomas.

Special Teams

K - Blair Walsh

P - Jon Ryan

LS - Tyler Ott

KR1 - Lockett

PR1 - Lockett

KR2 - Richardson

PR2 - J.D. McKissic

KR3 - McKissic

McKissic is not currently listed at running back or receiver, only as a backup on special teams returns.
