Seahawks-Lions gameday inactives: K.J. Wright returns, Rasheem Green out

New, comments
NFL: Seattle Seahawks at Oakland Raiders Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

The gameday inactives for the Seattle Seahawks-Detroit Lions are out, and really the only big names on the Seahawks side are special teams gunner and reserve CB Neiko Thorpe, who was injured midweek during practice, and rookie DE Rasheem Green, who still isn’t quite back from his ankle sprain. Also of note is that backup center Joey Hunt is inactive, so perhaps Ethan Pocic would be the backup to Justin Britt in case something happens to him. What is great news is that starting linebacker K.J. Wright is in the lineup again after missing the preious six games with a knee injury.

For the Lions, veteran running back Theo Riddick is out, as is one of their top pass-rushers, the oft-injured Ziggy Ansah. I’m also upset that the superbly named Lenzy Pipkins is inactive, but that’s just me.

Here are the full inactives list for both teams:
