It was the Nick Mullens show, and this time the San Francisco 49ers young backup QB got the win over the Seattle Seahawks. Or at least, that’s one potential narrative.

To discuss that and more, I was joined again by John Morgan on the Instant Reaction podcast to discuss Seattle’s 26-23 loss to the 49ers in OT. We talk about remaining playoff scenarios, what to be worried about and what to look forward to in the weeks (and years) ahead, and why you shouldn’t feel too bad. The Seahawks are likely headed to the playoffs and in most eras of the franchise, that was not a strong possibility. Things may not feel great, but trust me, there is optimism in this show!
