The New Orleans Saints and LA Rams are the 1 and 2 seed, respectively.
The Seahawks faced the Cowboys in Week 3, winning 24-13 and getting 0-2 off their backs. That game was in Seattle and many other things have changed for both teams. Dallas won their game against the New York Giants in Week 17, keeping Dak Prescott in for the entire game as they pulled ahead 36-35 by the end.
The Seahawks beat the Cardinals 27-24 on a last second field goal by Sebastian Janikowski. They finish 10-6 on the year.
