NFL Draft Day 3: Who are some of the best available players left?

NFL: Seattle Seahawks at Arizona Cardinals Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

As the 2018 NFL Draft enters Day 3 Saturday, where the Seattle Seahawks hold a whopping eight selections, there is a good amount of talent still left on the board. To this point the Seahawks have addressed the running back position with Rashaad Penny and taken a potential Michael Bennett replacement in Rasheem Green, and with eight picks Saturday, things could get even more interesting.

Fans and observers still have plenty of question marks about the roster and how the Seahawks plan to address several key departures and losses, and hopefully Pete Carroll and John Schneider will be able to work some Day 3 magic. Based on the decades worth of data in the series I did earlier this offseason, the eight picks Seattle holds Saturday should be expected to yield 1.271 non-bust players and 0.371 players who make the Pro Bowl during their career. In short, there will be a lot of players taken on Saturday, but fans need to remember to keep the expectations for those players in check, because the odds of those players replicating the success of Richard Sherman and Kam Chancellor are slim.

In any case, here is a collection of several links to the players left who observers believe remain the best available.

As more outlets publish their lists of best available players for Day 3 through the morning I will work to get links to those added.
