We’re more than halfway done with the Seattle Seahawks’ 2018 training camp, as day 7 of 13 wrapped up on Friday. For the top highlight of the morning, here’s a look at Russell Wilson throwing on the run to a diving Tyler Lockett, who made the grab for the touchdown with Neiko Thorpe in coverage.

It wasn’t a day filled with interesting video, to be honest. Maybe it’ll be different on Saturday. Still, if you want to see Doug Baldwin still participating without “participating,” the Seahawks star was throwing passes in the wide receiver drills.

Baldwin is out for much of the preseason with a knee injury, but he’s expected to be back by the regular season.
On defense, Pete Carroll led the defense through its usual bag drills.
