Friday injury report: Duane Brown, Ziggy Ansah questionable

NFL: Seattle Seahawks at Pittsburgh Steelers Charles LeClaire-USA TODAY Sports

In Week 6 the Seattle Seahawks defeated the Cleveland Browns with George Fant at left tackle and Jamarco Jones at right guard in place of Duane Brown and D.J. Fluker. With the having released its final injury report for the Week 7 showdown with the Baltimore Ravens, it appears there is chance that fans could once again see the same offensive line in Week 6.

In addition to Brown and Fluker, the Seahawks also listed Ziggy Ansah and Quinton Jefferson as questionable on the defensive line, with Bradley McDougald also questionable in the secondary. If Ansah and QJeff aren’t able to go, it could mean a lot of rookie L.J. Collier and more of Branden Jackson than we have seen in recent weeks. However, at least the defensive line should be bolstered by the return of Jarran Reed, though Reed has not yet been moved to the 53 man roster following the completion of his six game suspension.

The Hawks are likely to need all the help they can get in the trenches against the Ravens, who sport a dynamic offense led by quarterback Lamar Jackson and a number of dangerous offensive weapons.

Sunday could certainly be interesting.
