The pass rush of the Seattle Seahawks has been anemic at times this year, struggling to put pressure on opposing quarterbacks as they stand tall in the pocket. That looked like it could change going forward based on how the team fared in applying pressure to San Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo on Monday Night Football in Week 10, however, one game does not make a trend.
Obviously, the Hawks were happy to have Quinton Jefferson back in the lineup against San Francisco, and the native of Pittsburgh is once again back in his home state after having a great game against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 2. However, he won’t have the benefit of lining up next to Jadeveon Clowney, who is inactive for Sunday’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles due to a hip injury.

The inactives for Seattle against the Eagles are:
- Jadeveon Clowney
- Luke Willson
- Neiko Thorpe
- Phil Haynes
- C.J. Prosise
- John Ursua and
- Jaron Brown
With the game set to be played in the cold and win, it could be the type of game in which both offenses struggle, and a single big play could make the difference.
