It’s been barely more than twenty-four hours since Seattle Seahawks franchise quarterback Russell Wilson announced the signing of his new contract in a video of he and Ciara posted to social media. The contract makes Wilson, at least for some short period of time, the highest paid player in NFL history, and gives Wilson claim to ownership of the largest signing bonus in NFL history.
However, no matter what title he claims in terms of milestones for massive contracts, his teammates are here to have fun. Specifically, wide receiver Tyler Lockett and guard D.J. Fluker produced a video of their own which made its way to social media on Tuesday. The only thing I have to say is that it’s amusing, which is a bit of an understatement.
When ur teammates start re-enacting.. @TDLockett12 & @DJTheWarrior76 start making fun of me & @Ciara #Hilarious pic.twitter.com/V6auH1GYMW

In short, it’s been a week of rampant speculation regarding Russell Wilson and potential trades, contract size and structure, but at the end of the day he’s now a Seahawk for the next five years and fans can focus on the other members of the team whose contracts of up after 2019.
And his teammates can focus on making fun of him in all his goofiness.
