Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NFL. Each week, we send out questions to the most plugged in Seahawks fans, and fans across the country. Sign up here to join Reacts.

What happens when you lead for almost an entire game but lose in overtime? Well you’re suddenly pressing “No” in SB Nation Reacts when asked whether you’re confident in the direction of the Seattle Seahawks franchise. I could see this coming given how often confidence had minor dips following close wins, but an actual loss has sent the little line graph into a tailspin. From 93% to 63% in one fell swoop.

We have a lower confidence rating than the Washington Football Team. Think about that for a second. A loss to the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday and I dread to think how much lower this could drop.

Heading to the national side of SBN Reacts, respondents were asked which team was the tops in the NFL. Overwhelmingly the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs were voted as #1 in the land.

Maybe it’s me but the Tampa Bay Buccaneers should have been on this list and they would’ve siphoned votes off of everyone. Their two losses were on opening day against the 4-2 New Orleans Saints and a one-point game against the 5-2 Chicago Bears, who may not be all that good as a whole but their defense is no doubt very stout and it ain’t their fault that the offense sucks. Tampa Bay is #1 in DVOA and only getting better offensively.

Moving onto a couple of other national questions, we have the NFL trade deadline in just a few days. There are a couple of backup quarterbacks who may be on the market. If you were, say, the Dallas Cowboys and realized that you can still win the NFC East but are stuck with Andy Dalton and Ben DiNucci at quarterback, what would you do? Most respondents actually have Ryan Fitzpatrick as the one you’d rather trade for over Dwayne Haskins or Tyrod Taylor.

It must be the beard.

Lastly, the game people are most looking forward to seeing is the unbeaten Pittsburgh Steelers at Baltimore Ravens. Seahawks vs. 49ers is second, and... well Patriots at Bills really lost its luster due to New England’s injury problems. I’m sure if we redid that poll the results would change.
