Stop me if you have heard this one before: Marshawn Lynch is acting as a positive force in the world.
With Thanksgiving a few days away, the Seattle Seahawks legend and world icon took to the streets of O’ahu—where he apparently has a residence, because of course he does—to hand out 200 free turkeys, in partnership with his foundation and others.
5X Pro Bowler, #Hawaii resident Marshawn Lynch & his @fam1stfam teamed up w/ @youngsfishmkt, Tamura Super Market, @BFL_Hawaii, @ChadOwens2 & others to pass out 200 free turkeys on O’ahu #AlohaSpirit #HappyThanksgiving @MoneyLynch // https://t.co/9oZimTtTXJ pic.twitter.com/zj6vdzJ0uK

This is not the first time Lynch has been in the news in 2020 for something that’s perfectly him. In April, Lynch was captured on video riding through a park in Oakland on a Beast Mode cart, handing out face masks.

Lynch continues to be among the best of us, whether he is dropping wisdom in a press conference after coming out of retirement to score several postseason touchdowns—“take care of y’all’s chicken, take care of y’all’s mental”—handing out masks at the height of the pandemic, or providing free turkeys before Thanksgiving.
I am thankful for Marshawn Lynch.
